Registering for the AGM (In Person and Remotely)

To attend the 2025 AGM, you can do so both in person and remotely.
If attending in person, you can register on the evening by quoting your membership number to the Dubco Ireland staff on the desk at the conference room. Alternatively, if you wish to attend remotely, you must register no later than 10am on Friday 28th of November 2025.

There will be spot prizes, complimentary finger food and drinks at the event. All members are welcome,

All registrations will be verified and approved by Dubco Ireland Credit Union. For the members attending remotely a zoom link will be sent to all approved registered members. Instructions on using zoom and how to join the meeting on the night will accompany this email.

For Joint Accounts

Only 1 member on a joint account has voting rights and this is the member that should complete the registration form. If you are in doubt as to which member this is, please contact the office on 01 887 0400 for assistance.

For Club Accounts

If you are attending in your own right and also wish to attend as a proxy for a club account, please be aware that 2 registrations and 2 logged on devices will be required to ensure you have voting rights for both accounts, your own and the club’s.

Important Information

If there are multiple Dubco Ireland members in your household that wish to attend the meeting remotely, a separate registration and logged on device is required for each member as one zoom link only provides access and voting for one account.

The meeting can be accessed from any smart device, even your mobile phone, so there is no requirement to have a laptop or PC in your home.
