Matthew Dawson Scholarship: Supporting Third-Level Students
The Matthew Dawson Scholarship is designed to help members of Dubco Ireland pursue full-time third-level education by reducing the financial pressures of college life.
Scholarship Details:
- Up to €1,000 per year, for up to 4 years of a full-time undergraduate course.
- Open to eligible Dubco Ireland members pursuing third-level education.
- Financial support that allows students to focus on academic success without the burden of rising university costs.

Gaeltacht Bursary: Celebrating Irish Language & Culture
At Dubco Ireland, we’re proud to promote and preserve Ireland’s unique linguistic and cultural heritage. Our Gaeltacht Bursary supports young members in exploring the Irish language through immersive Gaeltacht experiences during the summer.
Bursary Highlights:
- 10 members selected each June
- €300 bursary to support the cost of attending an Irish language course in a Gaeltacht area.
- Open to Dubco Ireland Credit Union members who are passionate about Irish culture and language.
