We want everyone to use our services easily. Dubco Ireland is committed to clear, inclusive communications and to making our website and digital services accessible to as many members as possible.

 

What we offer

  • Alternative formats on request: large print, audio recordings, easy‑read summaries, braille, translated text, or phone read‑outs of content.
  • Accessible documents: newsletters, statements and member documents are produced from accessible templates.
  • Accessible multimedia: captions and transcripts are provided for videos where available. 

How to request an alternative format

  • Phone: 01‑887 0400 (ask for Accessibility Support) 
  • In branch: speak to any Officer and ask for Accessibility Support

What to expect after you contact us

We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days.

We will tell you the expected time to provide the alternative format and any reasonable steps we will take in the meantime.

If we cannot provide the exact format requested immediately, we will offer a suitable alternative and explain why.

If you are not satisfied

We will try to resolve your concern quickly. If you remain unhappy, you can escalate the matter through our complaints process and, if needed, to the relevant regulator.
